ABOUT BRYONY

A warm and welcoming yoga teacher offering guidance to those seeking balance of body and mind.

I was introduced to yoga in my early twenties. Like many, I initially came to it for physical exercise. However, I soon experienced its positive, calming impact upon my mental health and general wellbeing.

After ten years of my own practice, I wanted to be able to share these benefits with others. As a result, chose to undertake an 18 month Yoga Teacher Training Diploma with Yogacampus, one of the top yoga schools in the UK. This involved 320 in-person training hours, with a wide range of faculty teachers who broadened my knowledge and approach. I graduated with distinction. I have also been lucky enough to expand my studies with renowned teachers such as Judith Hanson Lasater, Doug Keller, Tias Little and Lisa Kaley-Isley.

I am a qualified Restorative and Chair Yoga teacher and have a particular interest in yoga for mental health. I have previously taught yoga with the charity Rethink Mental Health. My classes are suitable for all levels and aim to be accessible for every body. They are a welcoming, safe space, where you can begin to explore the body and quiet the mind.
