Warm, inclusive classes for every body and every level, whether you’re on the mat or seated in a chair. There’s no pressure to look a certain way, just gentle movement, breath and space to feel more at ease in yourself.

Special yoga
Specialist yoga for adults with disabilities, learning disabilities and autism, delivered with patience and care. Sessions are fully adapted to meet you exactly where you are, in a calm and supportive setting.

Sound workshops
Deeply relaxing sound baths, combined yoga and sound sessions, and adapted sessions for specific groups, including people living with dementia. These sessions, layered with gongs, singing bowls, drums and chimes, wash over you for a real sense of calm and release.

What makes me different
You’ll feel different from the moment you arrive
There’s no pressure here, and no need to keep up. My sessions are relaxed, warm and fun, with people telling me they feel at ease almost straight away. Whether you’ve practised for years or never set foot in a class before, you’re welcome in my sessions exactly as you are.
Every body is met where it is
I deliver my sessions to the people in front of me, not to a class plan. Movements are adapted, options are offered, and you’re always free to work at your own pace. From your very first session, we will work with your body, as it is, with no expectations. My classes are genuinely for every body and every ability.
Good for the mind, as well as the body
People often come to improve their flexibility, balance and strength, and they find those things in my sessions. But what they tell me matters the most is that they have calmer minds, improved sleep, and are able to cope better with life’s stresses. My yoga sessions are for your whole wellbeing, not just for your body.
