Specialist Yoga sessions for adults with disabilities, learning disabilities and autism, delivered with patience and care. I work in day services, supported living, colleges and care settings, and I offer one-to-one sessions, including those funded through personal budgets and direct payments. Every session meets each person exactly where they are in a calm and supportive setting.

Deeply relaxing sound baths, chair yoga and combined yoga-and-sound sessions, adapted for care homes and community groups. I have four years’ experience delivering sessions for people living with dementia. and adapt sessions for Parkinson’s, limited mobility and sensory needs, and mental illness. Sessions can be delivered for residents and staff alike.

Warm, inclusive classes for every body and every level, whether you’re on the mat or seated in a chair. There’s no pressure to look a certain way, just gentle movement, connection to the breath and space to feel more at ease in yourself. Community classes run through Body Mind Collective CIC across Sandwell.

What makes me different
You’ll feel welcome from the moment you arrive
There’s no pressure here, and no need to keep up. My sessions are relaxed, warm and fun, with people telling me they feel at ease almost straight away. Whether you’ve practised for years or never set foot in a class before, you’re welcome in my sessions exactly as you are.
Every body is met where it is
I deliver my sessions to the people in front of me, not to a class plan. Movements are adapted, options are offered, and you’re always free to work at your own pace. From your very first session, we will work with your body, as it is, with no expectations. My classes are genuinely for every body and every ability.
Good for the mind, as well as the body
People often come to improve their flexibility, balance and strength, and they find those things in my sessions. But what they tell me matters the most is that they have calmer minds, improved sleep, and are able to cope better with life’s stresses. My yoga sessions are for your whole wellbeing, not just for your body.
