Mondays are for Beginners at 4 Community Trust Hub on Wiltshire Way!

These adaptive sessions have poses taken both seated and standing, using the chair for stability and grounding. They are suitable for those that want to explore the benefits of yoga but do not feel comfortable getting up and down from the floor.

We include mobility and strength work, breathing, meditation and relaxation, in a friendly and safe space. If you're unsure whether these sessions are for you please feel free to drop me a message.

Every Wednesday afternoon I have the privilege of leading a session for a wonderful group at Stone Cross Library in West Bromwich.

In these community sessions we laugh, breathe, move and relax, swapping stories and sometimes even books! All are welcome regardless of ability. We remain seated on chairs and you are encouraged to listen to your own body with adaptations offered throughout.

If you'd like to come along for the first time to see if it's for you, please drop me a message. Sessions are 2-3pm every Wednesday and cost £3, feel free to turn up and pay on the door.

If you're in the need of some serious rest and relaxation this week 💤 then this Friday is our Ultimate Weekend Wind Down at Wednesbury Museum & Art Gallery!

This 90mins candlelit session includes some gentle movement and restorative yoga poses, followed by a sound bath with an option at the end to receive gentle reiki energy 🕯️💜

After a very very busy few weeks it’s time for m

After a very very busy few weeks it’s time for me to rest and recharge. There are no sessions on Monday due to the bank holiday but there will be classes as usual the rest of next week. These will be covered by the wonderful PJ and Rachel, please make them feel as welcome as you always make me feel ❤️ I will be back leading a soundbath on Sunday 1st September at 11.30am in the gardens of the Oak House Museum in West Bromwich.
