my Yoga and Sound healing offerings

Whether you arrive as an individual, a community group, a charity or a workplace, my sessions are warm, inclusive and designed around the people in the room. Here’s a closer look at what I offer across Sandwell and the wider West Midlands…

01.
Special yoga
Specialist yoga for adults with disabilities, learning disabilities and autism, and for older adults living with conditions such as dementia and Parkinson’s; delivered with patience, warmth and care. Every session is fully adapted to meet each person exactly where they are, in a calm and supportive setting.
Having trained with Special Yoga, and through my ongoing work in care homes, I create sessions that feel safe, unhurried and genuinely inclusive. That might be one-to-one, in small groups, or as part of provision for a school, day service, care home or charity. Movements can be done seated or supported, and the focus is always on what each person can do, building confidence, connection and a sense of ease through gentle movement and breath. (For sound-based sessions adapted to conditions like dementia, see Sound Healing below.)
Ideal for: individuals and families, care homes, schools, day services and community groups supporting people with additional needs or living with conditions such as dementia and Parkinson’s.
→ Get in touch to talk through what you’re looking for and how I can help.

02.
Inclusive group Yoga
Warm, inclusive classes for every body and every level, whether you’re on the mat or seated in a chair. There’s no pressure to keep up or look a certain way; just gentle movement, breath, and space to feel more at ease in yourself.
I teach to the people in front of me rather than to a fixed routine, so poses are adapted, options are always offered, and you’re free to work at your own pace. Whether you’ve practised for years or have never set foot on a mat, you’ll be made welcome exactly as you are. Seated yoga is woven through my work too, making the practice just as accessible if standing or getting to the floor feels difficult.
Ideal for: individuals wanting a regular class, and community groups or charities looking for friendly, accessible sessions.
→ You can join one of my community classes through Body Mind Collective CIC, or get in touch to arrange group yoga for your organisation.

03.
sound healing sessions
Much of my sound work takes the form of specialist workshops and sound baths held in beautiful, restorative places. For the past three summers, I’ve delivered sessions at National Trust properties, where the setting itself becomes part of the experience.
I also bring sound healing to people and places that don’t always have access to it. I offer warm, accessible sessions for charities and community groups, and gentle, adapted sound experiences for specific groups, including people living with disabilities and dementia, where the sound is shaped to the participant’s needs.
Ideal for: anyone seeking deep relaxation in a beautiful setting, plus charities, community groups and care settings looking for accessible, adapted sessions.
→ Book onto a sound bath or workshop, or get in touch to arrange sessions for your group or organisation.
