The end of the year can sometimes feel overwhelming, taking its toll on the body and mind. On Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, make time to rest and reflect with this Restorative Yoga workshop, before the festivities commence.
In this workshop:
- Reflect on 2020 and plant seeds of intention for the year ahead, as we look towards the returning light.
- Work through a soulful floor-based yoga flow to warm the body and prepare the mind for stillness.
- Turn inwards during longer Restorative Yoga poses, before resting fully in a deep Yoga Nidra.
This nourishing workshop will require a paper and pen, a candle, and blankets and pillows.
Suitable for complete beginners upwards.
